  2. personal information about your financial standing and creditworthiness, where required.
  3. personal information about your health where you wish to procure relevant insurance policies offered by us or Insurer(s).

  4. designing new or enhancing and improving existing products and services provided by us and/or the Insurer.
  5. notifying you on the changes to the features of our and/or Insurer’s products and services.

  7. enabling us to carry out our and/or the Insurer’s contractual obligations and services including responding to arbitration/disputes.

It is voluntary for you to provide us with your personal information, however if you fail to provide such information to us or later withdraw your consent for us to continue processing the same, we may not be able to provide or continue to provide you with the full range of benefits, products and/or services which you have requested from us and we may not be able to fulfil the purposes set out above.

  1. to insurer(s) providing the coverage to you and/or any other third party involved in the process of claim investigation or background check for example loss adjuster etc
