provider, the Insurer. By accessing this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions without
limitation or qualification. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please immediately discontinue
your access to this site and/or use of the services.
All the services provided herein are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreement
governing
their
use. The terms and conditions stated herein are meant to regulate your use of this site and should be read
together with terms and conditions of any applicable agreement between you and the Insurer.
TGC reserves the right to make changes to these terms & conditions without prior notice at our absolute
discretion. TGC however will take reasonable effort to notify you of such changes via email/notifications or
other means deemed appropriate.
Term of sale a) Registration
It is upon your full awareness and consent that you are providing us with your personal information during
registration of an account with us for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. We may disclose and/or
retain
your personal information in a manner permitted by law and for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy. Do
not
misuse our service to serve unauthorised third-party interests in any way possible. Your legitimacy as an
entity
shall be verified via any means permitted by law upon registration to avoid fraud or ill-intention.
b) Payment
To enable online payment, TGC uses third-party payment services. It is an encrypted system where we do not
store
or collect your payment card details or any details related to your banking facility.
TGC accepts payments via credit/debit card and FPX for payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and only accepts
credit/debit card for payment in U.S Dollar (USD).
By using this payment facility, you hereby agree, understand and confirm that your personal data including
without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card transmitted over the Internet may be
susceptible
to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that TGC or the payment service provider(s) have no control over
such matters.
Although all reasonable care has been taken towards guarding against unauthorized use of any information
transmitted by you, TGC does not represent or guarantee that the use of the Services provided by/ through it
will not result in theft and/or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
TGC and its affiliates and/or third-party service provider shall not be liable, at any time, for any failure
of
performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer
virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of
information contained on the site.
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that your user ID and password are particularly important
pieces of information, and it shall be at your own responsibility to keep them secure and confidential.
c) Cancellation & Refund policy
Your Insurance Certificate can be cancelled if your request is submitted to our Helpdesk 3 days prior to the
shipment date. We shall refund your payment via the payment gateway provided it meets our verification
requirement and approval.
We reserve the right to hold or decline your refund if you failed the verification process and or any other
event not
qualifying you for a refund.
Disclaimer of Liability
You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully
responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
TGC shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages or consequent damages, loss, and/or
expenses
arising from your negligence in safeguarding your access to this site. TGC also disclaims any liability and
responsibility from non-payable or rejected claims in which such results or findings are solely determined
by
the
Insurer. TGC hereby confirms zero involvement in agreement and/or any content of agreement therein between
you
and the Insurer.
TGC shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages or consequent damages, loss, and/or
expenses
arising from your negligence in providing accurate and sufficient information for the purpose of insuring
your
interest. TGC hereby confirm zero direct/indirect involvement in any activities under and/or during your
access
to the site.
Indemnity
You hereby irrevocably agree to indemnify TGC and keep TGC indemnified from all liabilities, claims, losses,
and
expenses, including any legal fees that may be incurred by TGC in connection with or arising from your use
or
misuse of this site and the services provided herein, or your breach of these terms and conditions howsoever
occasioned.

The materials and information in this site are provided by TGC on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
References to material and information contained on the site include such material and information provided

third parties.
